Тема урока: Обобщение и систематизация лексики по теме «Животные в нашей жизни».

Цели и задачи урока:



Развитие навыков  использования лексики по теме «Животные» в устной (монолог, диалог) и письменной речи. Развивать навыки аудирования.




  развивать интеллектуальные и творческие способности учащихся; стимулировать познавательную активность ребят, развивать интерес к предмету, смекалку, эрудицию, умение быстро и четко формулировать и высказывать свои мысли, логически рассуждать, применять свои знания на практике.




 формирование взаимопомощи, доброжелательного отношения друг к другу, умения выслушать других при работе в классе, в группах; воспитывать чувство сопричастности общему делу, умение работать коллективно; воспитывать у учащихся трудолюбие, аккуратность и ответственность, любовь и интерес к предмету.


 Тип урока:

Hello, my dear friends! I’m glad to see you! How are you? How are you getting on? How are you doing? What about you, Sasha? What is the date today? What is the weather like today?

Today  we’ll revise Present Perfect, we’ll play a little, you will know some facts about virtual pets. I hope you’ll be interested in the lesson.

10. An elephant. The huge body of this animal is grey. Its long trunk helps take food.


11. A hamster. This pet is very small. It often lives in cage. It’s life is short, but happy. It likes corn, bread and vegetables.


12. A dog. This pet is a dedicated friend to people. It can be different types.


`13. This insect is very noisy and it likes blood very much.


14. A wolf. This animal lives in the forest. It is a cruel, smart, wild animal.

A Tamagotchi was a virtual pet at the end of the 20th century. It came from Japan, and that’s why its name was Japanese. It was very popular all over the world. Boys and girls, teens and adults bought it. Why? A Tamagotchi was very realistic and in many ways was like a real pet. It wanted to eat, it wanted to play, it went to bed at night, it got ill from time to time, and even went to the toilet. You looked after it: fed it, played with it, put it to sleep, gave it injections, and cleaned up after it. If you didn’t look after it, it died.

Interviewer: Today in our studio is Becky Bush, a Tamagotchi owner. Am I right, Becky? Have you got a Tamagotchi?


Becky:   Yes? I have/ It’s my second Tamagotchi. I had my first one when I was twelve.


Interviewer: What happened to your first Tamagotchi?


Becky: It died. The instructions say that the Tamagotchi doesn’t die, it goes back to its home planet. But I don’t believe it. To me, my Tamagotchi died.



Interviewer: Did you like having it?


Becky: Yes, very much. It was fun because I looked after something that actually needed me to live. I played with it when it wasn’t happy, I fed it when it was hungry, and I gave it injections when it was ill. But…



Interviewer:  But what? What happened?


Becky: Well, I went on holiday, and one day I left it in my hotel room. When I came back it was gone. I cried. It was its twelfth day. That means it was 12, like me.


Interviewer:  But you’ve got a new one, haven’t you?


Becky: Yes, I have. I’m more careful with it and follow the manual.




Interviewer: Is it difficult to keep a Tamagotchi?


Becky: It can be. Your parents and teachers get angry. You must feed it and you must play with it, you know, and sometimes you must discipline it and give injections. But I love my Tamagotchi because it needs me. To me it’s real, not electronic.
